    This is one of my favourite camping spots. Ideal for families as there is a large grassed area in the middle of the reserve. Drop toilets for males and females. Limited unfiltered water. A lovely hike around the ridge will take around 45mins. Not many views other than a clearing which is awesome under the nights sky. Very busy on long weekends so get in early.

    Free camp, drop toilets, fire pits, dogs allowed, fifteen minutes from Daylesford. There is a narrow winding road to get to it. The camp ground is surrounded by trees.There is an uphill walking track (1.7 kms ).

    Went for a hike here after a wet and raining evening. Quite steep and a bit dangerous. Pro tip: Wear solid shoes. The free camping area looks very pleasant and quiet. Would definitely consider free camping here in the future.
